You'll learn to respond with intention, rather than reacting out of fear that leads to anger or frustration.   • This isn’t surface-level or treating symptoms based work. My coaching is designed for radical transformation, helping you heal from the inside out. You will learn how to navigate your inner world. You’ll gain confidence, self-acceptance, and the emotional tools to manage stress, anger, and anxiety. As time goes on, you’ll feel empowered to lead a more purposeful, fulfilled life—both personally and professionally—feeling proud of who you are and how you show up in the world.   • My approach is trauma-informed and goes beyond quick fixes or surface-level strategies. We’ll work together to dig deep into the root causes of your emotional and mental challenges. In addition, you will learn somatic practices, mental fitness techniques, and guided self-reflection tools that will help create long-term, sustainable change. This is about doing the deep work necessary to heal, connecting with yourself, rather than just putting a band-aid on the symptoms. You become deeply self aware and learn how to love and accept yourself. It’s recovery type work where you heal so you can feel better. You feel better, you move forward healthier.

  • Nothing changes if nothings changes. I understand the demands of a busy life, brother. If you desire true lasting change, it’s time to commit to yourself. We’ll work together to find a cadence that works for you, and I’ll help you prioritize yourself—because true transformation starts when you commit to your own well-being. I know you may feel selfish.   • That varies by the individual. That said, I work with my clients over the course of a year to ensure deep, lasting transformation. This extended timeframe allows us to thoroughly address the root causes of your challenges, learn about yourself, and create sustainable change in your emotional fitness, relationships, and mindset. A year gives you the space to fully integrate the work we do together into your daily life, ensuring that you not only see immediate results but maintain them long-term transformation. Think you’ve been doing life this way for a long time, you need to learn, unlearn and then learn again. Gotta do the reps!

  • My coaching program includes private 1:1 sessions where we dive into your current problems, unpack the subconscious roots, and feel resolve before you leave the session. You’ll receive personalized support tailored to your unique challenges and goals over our partnership. Beyond our sessions, you’ll go through a group mental fitness training with neuroscience designed Positive Intelligence (PQ) platform. You will also have access to ongoing support between sessions, practical tools to help you navigate emotions and stress, and exercises to implement between sessions. In addition, I offer a men’s group called Connected Men which is specifically for men who have a strong foundation - they have done the heavy lifting and deep work. Connected Men is designed to help driven men develop healthy relationships with other men while practicing the skills and tools required to keep themselves mentally and emotionally fit. Think connection, accountability and growth in a tribe of supporting driven men.

I’m Pete Armstrong—a passionate father of three, a well-being advocate for men, and a man who’s walked the path of personal transformation.

After spending most of my life struggling with self-confidence, shame, and belonging, I dedicated the last decade of my life (outside of being a father) to healing and understanding the mind-body connection, emotions, and trauma to not only help myself but honestly, share this knowledge with others.

My why is to inspire men forward so they can achieve their dreams. And so, through mental fitness training, somatic practices including breathwork, loving and accepting myself, and trauma-informed approaches, I broke free from shame and embraced radical self-love and self acceptance.

Now, I help driven men, especially fathers, heal their past, build emotional resilience, and create deeper connections with their loved ones.
